About this event

Australian Contact Festival 2026 — A national gathering and playground for human movement through Contact Improvisation. 4 days (Oct 2-5) at Lake Ainsworth Sport & Recreation Centre, Lennox Head, NSW. An egalitarian, community-centred festival offering classes, Underscore, Live Music Jam, Performance Jam, and Labs to deepen CI technique — all on a spacious sprung dance floor surrounded by water bodies and bushland. Organised by Contact Collective Inc (Hamzah Mas & Valentina Gombi). Approx. 60 on-site beds available.
