Lena Grayson

About

Lena Grayson studied Dance and Choreography at Chichester University, UK. Her love affair with Contact Improvisation began in 1998 following three years of daily CI class. She is based in Denmark, WA, where she builds permaculture and community. Her long-lived body of knowledge is refreshed by regular CI, Ecstatic Dance, Circus, Clowning, Acro, and Flow Arts practice. Her first-hand study of human development over 20 years of mothering, primary teaching, and dance work gives her perspective, compassion, and humour when it comes to being human. She recently qualified in Gymnastics coaching to deepen her understanding of the physics and anatomy of human movement potential.
