About

Catriona has been hooked on Contact Improvisation since 2006, dancing, training and performing with teachers and dancers in Australia, Europe and the USA. In 2015, Catriona and her partner Benn established the Bello Contact Improv community, offering classes, jams and workshops. Contact Improvisation is the one steady, dependably enriching lifelong practice that quickly gets her into a state of embodied play and creativity. Outside of teaching, Catriona is a performance artist, homeschooling mother and homesteader.
