Taina Lyons is a holistic mental health counselor, somatic ritualist, and Contact Improvisation dance instructor who began facilitating groups in 2007 and has practiced CI regularly since 2015. Her work blends Contact Improvisation with Ancestral Lineage Healing, Circling, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Animist Ritual, and Buddhist meditation, and she has brought movement, ritual, and consent practices to children and adults in community settings including grief support, nature connection, and rites-of-passage work.
