Dancer, creative movement teacher, and Shiatsu & Focusing practitioner based in north Pembrokeshire. Founding member of Maynard Abercych CIC, an artist-led organisation. Brings somatic practice, improvisation, and holistic approaches to her work with young people and older adults in her community, and runs 2 Penrhiw, an artist residency and holiday cottage.
