Teaches Contact Improvisation, Vipassana, Butoh, and OceanDance — a practice blending somatics, freediving, and CI. A dedicated Vipassana practitioner who founded vipassanaathome.org, with a background in martial arts (black belt in Taekwondo) and Aikido training in Japan. Active teaching CI across Thailand, Japan, Germany, and Portugal.

Home base is Quinta Ten Chi in Sintra; some programs run at partner venues (Estúdio Yucca in Tavira, Fools Valley near Lisbon).
