A somatic research training exploring embodied attention and communication through improvisational solo, duet and ensemble practice, using methodologies Nita Little developed for the ISSC. Combines movement, listening, discussion and research-interview techniques, working toward establishing Portugal's first ISSC CoLab research group. Open to anyone interested in Somatic Communication, Relational Intelligence and Co-Creative Practices; no prior Contact Improvisation experience required. Full 5-day participation required, no partial attendance.
