Born in the Azores islands, Francisco is a researcher of consciousness, ethics, movement, and the beauty of life's strangeness. He is a Contact Improvisation practitioner, event organizer and facilitator, performer, videographer, ecosomatic artist, poet, musician, freediver, and meditation guide. His work is deeply inspired by Silent Contact Retreats, Zen, Dzogchen, and Vipassana.
