About
Dancer, Contact Improvisation facilitator, and visual artist interested in the dialogue between interior and exterior, body, consciousness, and relationship with space and environment. Born in Romania in 1985, she discovered Contact Improvisation about seven years ago and it became the central focus of her practice. She also explores Contemporary Dance, Butoh, Axis Syllabus, Ideokinesis, and Authentic Movement, and graduated from FAIIC (Instável — Centro Coreográfico) in 2022, a program focused on creation and choreography.

A collaborative project hosting artistic research, embodied inquiry, and transformative learning, rooted in Contact Improvisation and other Somatic Practices, "Making Space for Change." Home base is Quinta Ten Chi in Sintra; some programs run at partner venues (Estúdio Yucca in Tavira, Fools Valley near Lisbon).
