Creativity, dance, and community hold deep meaning in her life -- she loves creating spaces to grow in, with both lightness and depth. Alongside raising three children, years engaging with Nonviolent Communication, and training as an orthopedic technician, Contact Improvisation has been an important part of her life since 2017. Contributes with heart to Initiative Tänzerdorf. Also sews clothing for comfort and wellbeing.
