Animal-Concocted Contact Improvisation

About this event

From cellular touch to flying: playful, refined, imagistic, somatic contact improvisation — from sea creatures (octopus, sea anemone) to airborne, flying squirrel, prehensile feet/hands and monkey bodywork, and single-cell intuition to mammal play: bump, nuzzle, wrestle. For the acrobatics, everyone works at their own level, building group safety and trust while integrating flying and acrobatics into the contact improvisation flow. All levels welcome — experience with Contact Improvisation is recommended. Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 10am-5pm.
