Denver Contact Improv offers beginner-friendly classes, a weekly jam, and a welcoming movement community focused on connection, growth, and embodied listening. The “Art of Living” contact improvisation series invites participants to explore trust, consent, and relational awareness through movement while building confidence and rediscovering freedom in how we move and connect with ourselves and others.
