Join Camp Contact at Burning Man 2026 – Axis Mundi Camp Contact’s most significant annual gathering takes place at Burning Man, where we form a community of dancers who celebrate Contact Improvisation, Embodiment Practices, Authentic Relating, and Circling. After the worst weather in at least 20 years in 2025, we are back in action! We had a good restructuring year after a rough year in 2024, and we'll continue at the same pace, with a camp of 80 campers, as we had last year! Our Pod Organizing system has proved itself; our independence from the large hub we were a part of was refreshing, and our scaling down of complexity has served us well! Let’s come together to create a sustainable, inspiring, and deeply connected Camp Contact for Burning Man 2026 and beyond.
