About the venue

A member-led artist space in a converted warehouse in east London, historically one of Britain's foundational Contact Improvisation venues — founded in the early 1980s by the X6 Dance Collective and opened as a public performance space in 1984. Offers rehearsal and performance space, including the sprung-floor Performance Studio, to independent dance and performance artists.
