Award-winning dance artist and movement coach based between Copenhagen and California, working full-time as a personal trainer, health coach, and contemporary dancer since 2006. Choreographed, performed, and toured contemporary dance works from 2007–2019. Spent 10 years as a principal dancer and assistant teacher with Scott Wells & Dancers (athletic Contact Improvisation) and 6 years as a principal dancer and teaching artist with AXIS Dance Company, whose work centers disabled artists. After a multi-year mentorship with Frey Faust, became a certified Axis Syllabus Teacher in 2011, teaching biomechanics and functional anatomy within a dance context. Founded Agile Beast (2018) and co-founded Spiral Camp (2019, with Shira Yaziv). Holds a BA in Philosophy (Magna Cum Laude, Whitman College). Teaches Contact Improvisation and Axis Syllabus internationally, including at Nordtanz Festival.
