About

As a child, she spent afternoons dressed as a flamenco dancer, dancing and singing in the living room. As she has grown, dance and nature have been her compass — whenever she strayed from her path, they called her back with such force and clarity that she always followed. Contact Improvisation, Somatics, and Nature are now her medicine, her catalyst, her ground, her wings. Teaching is where she feels she contributes something important and beautiful to the world, and community is where she loves and feels loved, where she grows, where challenges appear, and where she is amazed by the potential that emerges when co-creating together.
