Frédéric has taught Contact Improvisation since 2013, leading over 50 weekend workshops and regular classes, and works as a gestalt therapist. His teaching creates spaces grounded in mindfulness and self-responsibility, inviting curiosity, play, and encounter — CI as an emancipatory and transformative practice inviting both personal growth and pure play. Trained in contemporary dance at Leipziger Tanztheater, including with Nancy Stark Smith and Jörg Haßmann/Daniel Werner.
