Musician, dancer, body therapist, CI teacher, and retreat facilitator based in Bern, Switzerland. Flurin experiences the field of Contact Improvisation as a playground where people can dare to feel, experience, and be — in contact with themselves and others, supported by music. His improvised music ranges from delicate and playful to wild, ecstatic, and lyrical. In Bern he accompanies singing circles with soul singing, Bal-Folk dances with Biskaya, Ecstatic Dance evenings with Hu-Dances and Somos Orgánicos, and drum evenings with DeepDance, playing voice, singing bowls, drums, double bass, guitar, synthesizer, RAV drum, and more.
