Eiru Tsin

About

Contemporary dancer and researcher based in Montevideo, Uruguay, with a degree in visual arts from Mexico and dance training across Uruguay, Argentina, and Brazil. Practices and researches at the intersection of Contact Improvisation, tango, capoeira, watsu, and acroyoga, with a focus on movement semiotics between bodies. Founded the "Prácticas Bestiales" collective, developing an outdoor CI practice program, and organized "Jamatón," a resistance CI festival in Uruguay during the pandemic. Teaches Acrocontact and Contactango workshops internationally, including in Uruguay, Mexico, and Tel Aviv.
