Damaris Webb is a theater maker and social justice advocate whose work lives at the intersection of contemplative dance, improvisational performance, and contemporary theater. She holds an MFA in Contemporary Performance from Naropa University and a BFA from NYU's Experimental Theater Wing. Her practice draws on Viewpoints Practice, Composition/Moment Work, and Contemplative Dance Improvisation, and she teaches regular workshops in Deep Play, Composition, and Viewpoints Practice. She is also a co-founder and director of The Vanport Mosaic, a community driven, artist led non-profit preserving silenced Pacific Northwest histories.
