Movement teacher and biodynamic craniosacral therapist with 25 years of practice in embodiment. Her teaching draws from the Axis Syllabus and Contact Improvisation, from her work as a craniosacral therapist, and from longtime practice of contemplative and improvisational dance scores. She is interested in investigating embodied attention within improvisational movement practices that are both creative and relational — creating environments where every body can feel welcome, learn, and play. Inspirations include Frey Faust, Sara Shelton Mann, Mary Armentrout, and Liz Koch.
