About this event

We, London's CI teaching and organising community, want to celebrate being here together and meet you as a community, not just as individual practitioners. Join us for one or two days of dancing, where you can fully let go—fall, fly, and be caught by the fabric of long-term, lush CI practices that our community holds. Experience CI as life integration where body meets mind and generates a collective field of care, curiosity and spirit. We enter with as little agenda as possible, honouring the present moment that improvisation and jamming invite. Adjacent areas—the kitchen, living room, chill-out space and courtyard—give us room to chat, eat, rest, dream, and flow.
