Tuning bodies — a space for exploration, embodiment, and creative connection through movement, guided explorations, dance, inquiry, and play. Open to all levels — from curiosity to depth. Focus areas: somatic awareness & functional movement principles; partnering & shared balance; attunement, presence & real-time dance practice; creative individuality, partnering & ensemble dynamics. Irene invites participants into a space of dance and inquiry to inspire and enrich the practice of Contact Improvisation together. The workshop welcomes movers of all levels, offering tailored tools so each participant may be challenged, nourished, and grow through exchange with others. Through somatic explorations, participants refine biomechanics supporting safe, fluid transitions between levels and effortless navigation across space, cultivate shared balance with partners through nuanced weight distribution and core alignment, and explore presence and attunement in real-time dance. Schedule: Optional Friday jam 20:00–24:00. Saturday 10:30–16:30 (optional Saturday jam 19:00–22:00). Sunday 10:30–16:30. Monday 10:00–16:00 (30 min break). Dancefloor: 220 sqm soft tatami mats. Workshop language: English, translation available on request. Food and accommodation not included; spaces are limited.
