Module 6 of Tom Goldhand's "Deep Dive into CI" yearly training, with guest teacher Noam Carmeli. Explores moving with less effort by aligning with the forces of nature and the meeting point between stability and mobility. Investigates biomechanics and lift technique so acrobatic elements emerge naturally rather than feeling forced, blending somatic awareness with acrobatic exploration. Optional open jam on Friday evening beforehand.
