Module 4 of Tom Goldhand's "Deep Dive into CI" yearly training, with guest teacher Simonetta Alessandri. Explores how shifting focus between states applies to both Feldenkrais Method and Contact Improvisation, using "pendulation" as a lens to revisit CI vocabulary around weight distribution, center-periphery relationships, and partner dynamics in duets, trios, and groups.
