About this event
Module 3 of Tom Goldhand's "Deep Dive into CI" yearly training. Connects participants to their center of gravity, center of mass, and the pelvis as a movement source. Covers pelvis-centered movement, lifting techniques from pelvis to shoulder level, integrating two centers of sensation, and partner work emphasizing grounded security during aerial flows. Optional open jam on Friday evening beforehand.
