About this event
Module 1 of Tom Goldhand's "Deep Dive into CI" yearly training. The workshop begins with grounding techniques and gravity connection, progressing from foundational floor work to core strength and lightness, and culminating in lift techniques and partner invitations. Builds confidence and adaptive movement patterns for flight and lifts. Optional open jam on Friday evening beforehand.
