A 4-day Contact Improvisation workshop exploring listening, weight, and presence — offered as a pre-retreat to the Silent Contact Retreat at Nordmarkskapellet. This workshop brings together breath, flow, composition and relational practice in a shared space of investigation. Topics include: the possibilities and limitations in relationships; the flow of movement and consciousness; contact with yourself; presence and totality; improvisation as play with the known and unknown; Authentic Movement as a tool to connect to inner impulses.
