Ann Kristin Foss Holten

About

Ann Kristin Foss Holten has a dance background from the School for Contemporary Dance (Skolen for Samtidsdans, 2010-2012) and from countless festivals and workshops over the past decade. She teaches Contact Improvisation and somatic practices at Høyskolen for Dansekunst and through her organization Kloke Kropper, and also maintains a professional practice as a D.O. osteopath at IML Osteopati. Her work centers on embodied experience and how individuals perceive themselves through physical awareness.
