Formless Archetypes Intensive

A 5-day workshop exploring archetypal patterns through movement practice, using Authentic Movement and Integrative Contact Improvisation to let archetypal qualities appear and expand range of expression rather than performing them. Includes different structures of Authentic Movement, artistic integration, dance pedagogy, touch qualities for relaxation and tonus regulation, and movement meditation, worked in solo, duet, trio and group formations. Open to everyone with basic experience in movement, dance, or bodywork; also serves as a module of the Advanced Teachers Training.
