De l'Ancrage à l'Envol, Stage de Contact Improvisation à Nantes

A 2-day Contact Improvisation workshop in Nantes (November 28-29, 2026) bringing together four teachers, Kostia Cerda, Annaël Messiez, Carey Jeffries, and Aude Ramette, who weave their different pedagogical worlds around care in meeting: with oneself and with each other. The weekend moves through grounding and emergence, with breath and posture as a first departure point, then collective composition to embody a connected, shape-shifting group body, then acrobatic partner-lifting to explore unstable, moving balance. Wuo Taï massage closes each day, welcoming what participants have lived and letting it settle into the body. Open to all levels, including beginners. Participants must be 18 or older.
