Community instigator and teacher of Contact Improvisation and somatic approaches, active in the CI community since 1992. Founding member of the Association de Contact Improvisation (ACI) in Montreal (2001), teaching and organizing major events facilitating exchange with international artists. Trained in applied arts and gymnastics, and in osteopathy and the Feldenkrais method; since 2018 in the Body-Mind Centering (BMC) certification program. Certified massage therapist and lymphedema specialist with 20+ years of private practice, also trained in Kung Fu Wushu, Authentic Movement, and Tai Chi. Since relocating to the countryside in 2010, her teaching and research draw on the anatomy of nature and the somatic intelligence of the body. Founding member of Danse Orée des Bois (2014), a dance and movement space in Québec's Estrie region focused on danced improvisation and somatic approaches.
