Salt Spring Island-based CI teacher, certified rolfer, and somatic movement integration practitioner. Over 20+ years she has studied yoga lineages, Laban developmental movement patterning, Body-Mind Centering, Feldenkrais, the Axis Syllabus, breathwork, vipassana, and circus arts. Key teachers include Martin Keogh, Kira Kirsch, Frey Faust, Andrew Harwood, Alicia Grayson, and Nita Little. Passionate about making CI accessible to all bodies through empowering choice and deep listening. Founder of Rhizome Springs, an off-grid somatic research centre on Salt Spring Island, and a core organiser of the Salt Spring Island CI Festival.
