Milan Horvay

Milan Horvay grew up dancing social dances in Slovakia and comes from a background of playing and teaching classical guitar while performing in various rock bands. His music moves between discipline and freedom, form, and exploration, with influences ranging from classical and jazz traditions to the energy of rock. He enjoys playing for contact dance jams, weaving unfolding textures, moods, and stories. He started dancing contact improvisation four years ago and is a regular at Toronto contact jams.
