Miguel Horacio

About

Miguel Horacio is a choreographer and dance teacher based in Valencia, and a graduate of the Rambert School of Ballet & Contemporary Dance in London. He is the creator of Danza Dinámica, a contemporary dance teaching method that approaches the form from an integrative perspective, and teaches at dance schools across the Valencian Community, among them the CPMD Calasancio, where he teaches contemporary dance. In 2022 he founded #espaidecontact, a platform for spreading Contact Improvisation throughout the Valencian Community, which has run monthly workshop and jam sessions at Espai de Circ ever since. His Contact Improvisation training includes intensives at the Freiburg Contact Festival in Germany, the first Contact Camp Andalucía with Félix Arjona, and "Las tres esferas: Técnica y Somática del Contact Improvisation" with Sergio Palomares.
