About

Gabriele Koch has been a Contact Improvisation and Tango teacher, choreographer, and dancer for over 20 years. Since 2002 she has developed ContacTango, a fusion of Contact Improvisation and Argentine Tango combining playful freedom with deep partner connection. She organizes the International Festival of Contact Improvisation and Tango in Europe, as well as regular contact jams in her home region of North Rhine-Westphalia. Alongside Contact Improvisation and Tango, she also teaches Contemporary Dance, Body-Mind Centering, and Aerial Dance.
