Contemporary dance artist and Feldenkrais® practitioner based in Vancouver, BC, on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations. Her practice encompasses contemporary dance, the Feldenkrais Method, improvisation, and Contact Improvisation, pursuing embodied freedom, expansive awareness, grounded autonomy, and togetherness. Treats sensitivity as a technical skill; teaches structural integrity and refined awareness as the foundation for co-creative improvisation.
