Eszter Gál is a dancer, teacher, MSME/T (Master Somatic Movement Educator, Therapist) and researcher with a career spanning several decades. She is a certified instructor of the Skinner Releasing Technique at introductory and advanced levels, with over 30 years teaching somatic work, contact improvisation, composition, and improvisation. Her research focuses on somatic movement research, exploring improvised performance, and promoting community work in dance education, including doctoral research examining the heritage and influence of contact improvisation in Hungary.
