About
Dancer and choreographer whose investigation of movement and improvisation combines somatic practices — Feldenkrais, release technique, and Contact Improvisation. Trained in CI and movement workshops across Mexico, England, the United States, Germany, and Cuba with teachers including Emmanuel Grivet, Simonetta Alessandri, Rick Nodine, Seke Chimutengwende, Eckhard Muller, Paula Zacharias, Sofía Barriga, Vera Mantero, Ariadna Franco, and Mariana de los Ríos. Holds a First Class BA in Contemporary Dance from Trinity Laban and an MA from LCDS focused on performance and choreography. Co-organizes the San Pancho CI Fest in Mexico; her movement research and choreographic work have been presented at national and international venues and festivals.
