Ariadna Franco

Ariadna Franco is a body artist, teacher, and psychotherapist, specializing in dance creation, dance therapy, and somatic education. For 20 years she has focused her research on Contact Improvisation, practicing, teaching, and co-organizing more than 15 national and international encounters. Her current research draws on Binniza culture, integrating a community-based, decolonial, and feminist approach into bodily practices, artistic creation, and therapeutic spaces. Co-founder of Casa Gravedad, a Mexico City-based collective, alongside Elisa Romero and Laura Isabel Villeda.
