Birgit Krejci

About

Birgit Krejci grew up in Bolzano and Völs am Schlern, where she discovered her passion for dance at an early age. After studying music and dance education, she helped develop the dance programs at several music schools in North Tyrol and contributed to the creation of Austria's national dance curriculum for music schools. For the past ten years, Contact Improvisation has been central to her work, complemented by Authentic Relating as its verbal counterpart. She currently choreographs with children and teenagers at the Musikum Salzburg, teaches with contactus.salzburg, and is co-creating an Authentic Relating community with Alexander Schallhammer. She is an enthusiastic mother to Lara, Dora and Moritz.
