Movement teacher and facilitator, focused on embodiment and improvisation for over a decade. Teaches Contact Beyond Contact (CBC), a dance and healing practice she developed for personal development, relational growth, and open-hearted connection with community and nature — integrating Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation, Passing Through, Qi Gong, Family Constellations, and Taoist philosophy, alongside influences from Integrative Somatic Arts, Tango, Fusion dance, Yoga, Tai Chi, Butoh, and embodied theater. Regularly facilitates Contact Improvisation classes and jams and teaches CBC facilitator training courses internationally.
