Alicia Grayson

Boulder-based Contact Improvisation teacher with 35 years of practice. Has taught CI as adjunct faculty at George Washington University, University of Denver, Naropa University, and Shenandoah University. Teaches regular CI classes in Boulder and travels nationally and internationally. A certified Hakomi therapist, perinatal somatic attachment therapist, Feminine Power transformational coach, and Biodynamic Breath and Trauma Release practitioner. Her teaching is influenced by authentic movement, yoga, pilates, and a deep interest in the intersection of physics, expression, and the mind/body relationship.
