"From the Fluids into Gravity" — a Body-Mind Centering® and Contact Improvisation intensive with Angela-Mara Florant and Jennie Zimmermann, 9–15 November 2026 at SerVivo, Palmela, Portugal (40 min from Lisbon, in the Arrábida Nature Park). A week exploring BMC developmental movement patterns — from the fluid, prenatal movement of vibration, pulsation, and sponging, into the gradual formation of midline, center, and periphery — as a soft entry point into Contact Improvisation: deep center connection, easy weight shifts, and take-off from the ground. Price includes accommodation and meals. Full week (Mon–Sun): sliding scale €520–820 (early bird until 1 Sep) / €590–820 (normal). Weekend only (Fri–Sun): €230–370 (early bird) / €270–370 (normal).
