A weekend of embodiment, connection, exploration and play at Annesbrook countryside manor near Dublin — exploring flow within Contact Improvisation with facilitators Luc O'Rourke, Nicola Ní Mhuinicheán, and Pedro Paz. All levels welcome, from complete beginners to experienced movers. Shared spaces are strictly platonic. Includes free camping, a Friday potluck dinner, and vegetarian meals Saturday and Sunday.
