Lena Maya Turek is a dance pedagogue based in Vienna, working at the intersection of performance, pedagogy, and body work, teaching dance and movement to people of all ages. She holds a dance pedagogy certification from Vienna and trained in Community Dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, London, and is part of the Formless Arts team teaching Play-Fight. She is also a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and a craniosacral practitioner in training. In Vienna, she is part of the hosting team for the Contact Improvisation jam at ttp WUK, alongside Juli Gabor, and teaches Contact Improvisation classes at venues including beat1060.
