Greek dancer, choreographer, and CI teacher based in Thessaloniki. Artistic director of Vis Motrix Dance Company (founded 2001), which has toured to Greece, England, Germany, Spain, and Italy. Began classical training at the State School of Orchestral Art in Athens at 11; graduated from the Higher Professional School of Dance in Morianova. Was a member of the Thessaloniki Dance Theater from 1989–2004. Won the 1st State Dance/Performance Award (2001) for the role of Cyanopogon. Has taught CI, partnering, ensemble improvisation, and choreography for 28 years across professional schools in Greece and at the University of Lincoln (UK). Has collaborated with Chris Aiken, Kirstie Simson, Nita Little, Ray Chung, Eckhard Müller, and others. Developer of the 'FLOW IN MOTION' method of contemporary dance and the ReDANCE re-education program. Organiser of the bi-monthly CI jam in Thessaloniki since 2004.
