About
Dancer, performer, choreographer, and dance-movement therapist based in Brno. She first encountered Contact Improvisation during a six-month internship in Évora, Portugal in 2004, and has sought out CI workshops across the Czech Republic and Slovakia ever since. She studied dance and movement therapy at the Faculty of Education in Olomouc and completed a dance-movement therapy training in Prague through the TANTER association. Alongside movement basics and contemporary dance, she teaches Contact Improvisation with little emphasis on form or technical precision, focusing instead on understanding movement patterns through a warm and gentle approach. She founded the Bezmezí association, which works to include people facing health and social disadvantages through experiential seminars, and runs parent-child classes as well as sessions for children, adults, and seniors.

A group of dance contact improvisation enthusiasts. It organizes various meetings indoors and outdoors for the purpose of practicing dance contact improvisation, mainly in Brno. We regularly meet at contact improvisation jams. The jams are accompanied by recorded music, sometimes live, or even our own screams ☺️😇 The space is open to any musicians 🎵🎶🎷🎸🎹🎺🎻🥁.
