Dancer, choreographer, teacher, and community builder based in Oslo, Norway. Deeply invested in improvisation, composition, group work, and contact improvisation since the late 1990s, with studies in Oslo, Stockholm, Salzburg, and New York. Encountered Lower Left and Ensemble Thinking™ in New York in 2007, subsequently building a community around improvisation in Oslo through ImproLAB and PRAXISfestivalen. Founding member of PRAXIS Oslo. Runs her own company Living Movement, presenting work across Norway and the Nordic countries. Part of Lonely Riders, a Nordic network for community work and improvisation. Recipient of an artistic work grant from the Norwegian National Arts Grants (2015–17).
