About
Jayeden Walker (she/they) is a queer, neurodivergent dancer and circus artist based in Toronto. Using a playful lens, she explores art and movement as a means of imagining more liberated futures, often working with themes of disability, queerness, and gender. She found contact improvisation in 2018. She has served as a board member of REAson d'etre Dance, on the Safety Committee for the Sunday jam, and as part of the organizing team for various community events. Jayeden runs Rainbow Circus, an inclusivity-focused circus company in Toronto, and believes strongly in the power of movement spaces to connect, empower, and heal.
